Return and Refund Policy

At Loocmire, we want every customer to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for return or replacement

Returns, replacements, and refund requests are valid only if the issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

A request will be considered if:

  • The product is damaged on arrival
  • The product is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is missing parts or accessories
  • You have a clear unboxing video showing the issue from the start of opening the package

Unboxing video requirement

For a seamless and faster resolution, customers are strongly advised to record a proper unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel.
If you have a valid unboxing video, replacements and returns will be processed more smoothly.

Conditions for approval

To qualify for return, replacement, or refund:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be retained
  • Clear photo/video proof must be shared
  • The product must not show signs of misuse, wash, alteration, or damage caused after delivery

Items not eligible

Return or refund will not be accepted if:

  • The request is raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • No unboxing video or valid proof is provided for a damage/wrong-item complaint
  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Original tags or packaging are missing
  • The issue is due to customer handling after delivery

Refund process

Once the return request is approved and the returned item is received and checked, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Depending on the payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account.

Replacement process

If the issue is eligible for replacement, we will arrange a replacement product subject to availability.
